PRODUCTION, PLANNING & QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The solution includes functionality to effectively manage your manufacturing processes including production orders, bills of material, supply planning, and capacity requirements planning. Production Management allows you to improve your business performance through efficient manufacturing processes and to take advantage of new revenue opportunities.

The Planning Management takes care of all the planning required to make a finished product and maintain its quality. In forging industry, one makes more customized items then routine item, the production planning plays an important role.

From the Sales & Marketing Module, for the selected order, if the material is available in the Finished Goods Store, the order is directly send to dispatch and invoice is made. If the material is not available, the Job Order is prepared and is send to Production department.

On the basis of above Job Order, Raw material indent is sent to RM Store. If the Raw Material of the required specifications is available in the store, the raw material is displayed as soon as the Item from an order is selected. If Raw material is not available in Store, the PO is issued on the basis of indent and material is procured.

Once material is avilable in the store, it is issued from the store to production department for Production. Once that planning is done, the material is sent for mixing, calendering and further process.

Quality Management
Every production step is followed by a quality sub-module to receive the material after the step. It is compulsory to define about the rejected material at different stages and the reason for rejection. It cover all the production process in company to ensure the best quality. Also is the provision to define the Corrective and Preventive action taken for every reason for rejection.
