It maintains all the sales related activities of the company. It maintains customer database, consignee database, Finished Product setup and all other secondary masters required for sales & marketing. Here you can store the seperate rates for specific customers. While booking the order, the rates are automatically picked up from the masters for the customer, who has placed the order.

After defining masters, you will be able to book the commercial orders. The booked orders are reviewed under Order Acceptance and then sent to the Production Department for preparing the Job Order.

Once the production of the order is completed, all the finished products are listed, displaying the status of Finished Goods Store and from there material can be selected for dispatches. Once dispatches are selected, the invoice is made for the customer on the basis of selected dispatches.

There is a facility to raise invoice for sale. After invoice is prepared, Gate pass is prepared and material is dispatched.
